1 General Introduction

krekay (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we" or "our") operates an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between krekay and each member who uses our platform.

By accessing our website krekay.cam, registering, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. This information should never be shared with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Ownership

Each krekay account is created for a specific individual and is non-transferable. Allowing someone else to use your account, or using another person's account, is a direct violation of these terms and conditions.

• Selling, renting, or transferring an account is strictly prohibited.
• Changing your password regularly is recommended for security.
• If suspicious login attempts are detected, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the krekay platform is ৳500 (five hundred taka). We currently accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposited funds must come from your own registered account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount for winnings is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Successful withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Funds will be transferred to your registered payment account upon withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not completed.
• krekay reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if irregular betting patterns or suspected fraud are detected.
• Withdrawals will only be sent back to the original deposit method.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 will give a bonus of ৳10,000 and a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must complete bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 VIP Program

krekay has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate varies by tier — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold. Members can be promoted to a higher tier based on regular participation and activity.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on the krekay platform, familiarise yourself with the rules of the relevant game or event. A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled. krekay reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error.

• All bets must be placed from a valid balance — bets with a negative balance are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game.
• In sports betting, the determination of results depends on the official outcome of the relevant event.
• Bets on cancelled matches or events will be refunded.

6.2 Fair Play Policy

All games on the krekay platform are operated using SSL encryption and in accordance with fair play principles. If evidence of manipulation of any game result is found, the relevant account will be terminated and all winnings will be forfeited.

7 Responsible Gaming
